Comfortable and handy location just a 10-15 minute walk from a main street. Perfectly pleasant stay, only a 5-minute stroll from the metro. - Well-appointed and well-equipped unit with high ceilings.

Very big and clean room with big and clean bathroom , close to city centre and Porta Susa train station...and a price for which in the more popular Italian cities you get less than half of it
Not all members of staff speak English but tried to be as helpful as they could

Place of hotel is useful, also make a good coffee.
Wc is too narrow.

The hotel is small and pleasant. It is set in a secure area, close to a good restaurant, main attractions, historic center, and Porta Susa station. - We booked a nice-sized triple room with a tub. - Wake-up service was available. - We appreciated our stay.

Parking was easy and free. The hotel is located very close to the city and not in the ZTL area, which facilitates the arrival with the car.Value for money really good.

Perfect location for enjoying central Torino, and excellent value for money, including the dinner. Plus good secure parking, and easy access in and out of the city.

Very friendly staff, despite a serious language barrier, they did everything they could to help us when we arrived and they told us the elevator was broken... Which is a big problem since we travel with a person with a disability... The staff stayed late to help us get settled, even accompanied us to our room through a very complicated set of hallways, balconies and elevators and served us dinner later, super convenient parking, great location
Not really very handicapped accessible... Even once the elevator was fixed, there is a step up to the main entrance and the elevator access to the room was still complicated by a passage across a balcony...

The location here is great for taking a peaceful walk along the main street. Plus, having the train station nearby is super convenient 🚉. the food served was fantastic, and my accommodations in the guest room were really affordable.

Good location
Rooms need urgent refurbishment. Very old fittings and furniture that have not been well preserved. Breakfast very poor.

Well equipped room with fridge and well fitted out en suite bathroom. A pleasant walk down Garibaldi St to the centre of Turin and a good supermarket and Internet cafe a 5 min walk away.
It would have been a bit more convenient if one of the staff had been able to speak a bit of English but managed to communicate thro sign language etc

The king room here may be small, but it's got everything you need like a fridge, AC, and a work desk. And let me tell you, the bed is super comfy 😌. Big shoutout to the friendly and thoughtful staff!
